It is my job to empower everyone to bring their best self, so that the entire group can excel. This includes the staff and the athletes. We are ALL here to service each other on our journey in learning how to compete together as a team. If the environment is not right, learning cannot take place. Set the tone, and the athlete will show up to learn.
