Sports Performance
The mission of the Colorado Academy Sports Performance Department is to create an environment that challenges the mental and physical limits of students and student-athletes.
CA’s program provides students with a structured plan, designed to enhance strength, speed, mobility, and sport-specific energy systems, while also developing moral and educational characteristics. Relationships are forged through respect, trust, understanding, and commitment to self, school, and community. Students are encouraged to seek and overcome their personal limits, as well as encourage and support peers through their athletic journey.
