Student Visits

Please submit Step 1: Student Form for the 2026-2027 school year.

  • Once the Student Form is submitted, families may log back into their account to complete the remaining steps on the applicant checklist.
  • The checklist includes calendars to schedule a Student Visit, Parent/Guardian Tour, and/or Parent Zoom Check-in.
  • The deadline to complete the process is January 15. 
  • Families who apply to CA after the January 15 deadline will be considered for the wait pool if a space becomes available before school starts in August.

Birth Date Information:

  • Applicants to Pre-K must turn four years old by September 1 of the year they start Pre-Kindergarten.
  • Applicants to Kindergarten must turn five years old by September 1 of the year they start Kindergarten.
