The Admissions Office Returns to Welborn House

Over the winter break, just in time for the height of the admission season, the Admission Office returned to the renovated Welborn House. Everyone in the office is excited to welcome prospective families to the school in CA’s historic home.

 

Applicants to the school will now cross the threshold into the school through the same door through which they will graduate. Thank you to all the donors, architects, designers, operations staff, movers, and construction crew who made this renovation possible!

 

Again this year, the Admission Office is offering a secure, on-line reenrollment process for the 2017-2018 school year. All the information you need for reenrollment will be found in an email from “Colorado Academy Admission Office” on January 4. Please note: the email will be sent to only one email per household.

 

The reenrollment contract must be submitted by February 1, along with the non refundable reenrollment deposit, to hold your student’s place at Colorado Academy for next school year.

 

The Admission staff is available to help families needing assistance with electronic submission; simply call 303-914-2513 to schedule an appointment, or to ask questions about the process.

 

For students applying to CA for the 2017- 2018 school year, all steps of the application process should be completed by January 31. The Admission Office notifies prospective families of decisions on the following dates:

Please help us make a positive first impression by keeping the designated “Admission Visitor” spots in the Welborn House parking lot for prospective families only. Most of our tours and class visits start at 8:00 a.m. and continue throughout the school day.
