US Students Climb Golden Gate Canyon State Park

Fourteen Upper School students spent this past weekend climbing in Golden Gate Canyon State Park. The climbing area is perched above Dude's Fishing Hole, at the highest point in the park, and the seemingly small crag yields some pretty big routes.

Says Director of Experiential Education Forbes Cone, "The sustained climbs ascended excellent rock and required a thoughtful approach."

When the group was not climbing, they enjoyed great weather, card tricks, tunes on the Melodica, and brilliant fall colors. Click here for a listing of upcoming Outdoor Program trips and to sign up.
