Erik Weihenmayer is an athlete, adventurer, author, activist, (and CA parent) and founder of NoAs a blind adventurer who has climbed Mt. Everest and kayaked the Grand Canyon, Erik Weihenmayer understands better than most that barriers are real, and that obstacles encountered can either stop us in our tracks, or we can figure out a way to harness them and propel ourselves to new heights. This athlete, adventurer, author, activist, and CA parent, will share his tools and insights to help you and your children develop a “No Barriers Mindset,” and find what it takes to turn into the storm, convert challenges into greatness, and reach for nearly impossible goals. Weihenmayer is the founder of No Barriers, a nonprofit organization helping people of diverse backgrounds and abilities develop a “no barriers” mindset.
