Benefactor Packages Still Available for Colorado Soul Down

Tickets to the Colorado Soul Down, featuring two of Colorado’s greatest acts – Big Head Todd & the Monsters and Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats – sold out over the weekend. However, benefactor packages are still available.

Kicking off the show will be one of Colorado’s most legendary bands, Big Head Todd & the Monsters. The band has evolved over the years, moving beyond their Colorado club circuit roots to become one of the most adventurous, respected and durable bands in America.

Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats, a Colorado breakthrough act, has been one of the hottest acts on the globe, touring the UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, and the States. The group has been a hit on the late-night TV shows, having made its TV debut on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. In addition, their No. 1 radio hit, “S.O.B.,” was selected by Rolling Stone Magazine as the No. 19 song of 2015.

Colorado Academy’s spring biennial fundraising concert, set for May 7, 2016, will benefit the school’s Financial Aid Endowment. The event will open with a pre-party at 5:30 p.m. featuring Colorado-inspired food and drink, including Centennial State Bison Chili, Mile High Street Tacos, Colorado Raised Pork BBQ Sliders and a vegan option.
