The Colorado All-State Choir performances will take place Thursday, February 4 through Saturday, February 6, 2016 at the BellCo Theatre (formally called the Wells Fargo Theatre), which is located in the Colorado Convention Center.

Also, congratulations to seventh grader Colby Lish who was selected to the Middle School All-State Choir. Visit the All-State Choir webpage for tickets and detailed information regarding performances.

The Colorado All-State Orchestra honors talented instrumentalists from throughout the state. Sophomores through seniors may audition. The competition was intense with 463 auditions for this year’s event. Each student performs scales, orchestral excerpts, and a solo. CA students Sophia Rodawig, cello and Matthew MacPhail, viola, were chosen for the top of the two All-State orchestras. The CA students will perform as part of the philharmonic orchestra and will be conducted by Dr. Matthew Spieker. The performance dates are February 12-14, 2016 at Colorado State University in Ft. Collins, CO.
