Students H.O.P.E. Receives Donation from Young CA Student
Students H.O.P.E., a student-run community service project that serves nearly 2,000 people from Denver area shelters each December, received a special donation today from a young CA student who wishes to remain anonymous. Along with a cash donation, the student left a card.
“Dear Sage and Students H.O.P.E. ,
Over the holiday, my aunt and uncle gave me some money to donate to a cause I am interested in. Please accept this donation for Students H.O.P.E.”
Seniors Sage Lochhead and Maddie Webster are the chairs of the event, which offers clothing, personal care items, wrapped holiday gifts for children, children’s books, flu shots, and more. The event will take place on Saturday, December 5 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Campus Center.
