Colorado Academy’s climbing team racked up its first Colorado High School Climbing League win this past weekend at Mountain Strong Climbing Gym. The CA team won the competition, and individually, the boys placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd with Hagen Hall winning, Arthur Wright coming in 2nd and Mason Smith coming in 3rd. The girls placed 1st and 3rd, with Alena Holbert winning and Maryam Husain coming in 3rd. Other teams at the competition included Cherry Creek, Mountain Vista and Eaglecrest and Smoky Hill high schools.
