On campus, Jordan addressed CA students at Faces, Lunch & Learn, the kick-off event for the CA Club Faces of Diversity.  Jordan who is a doctoral student from the University of Virginia presented on implicit bias, the study of how unconscious attitudes and stereotypes can influence our thoughts, beliefs, and behavior.  He used word association tests to reveal these unconscious attitudes and offered solutions for countering them.
