Championship Games this Week: Golf, Soccer, Lacrosse
Colorado Academy's Girls Lacrosse and Soccer Teams this week take a trip to the tournament championship games; for Lacrosse, the first time in many years and for Soccer, a return trip that allows the team to defend last year's title. Additionally, the Girls Golf plays in the State Championships today and tomorrow after winning regionals by 14 shots.
The Girls Golf Team plays May 18 & 19 in Carbondale. This marks the second year in a row the girls have qualified for state.
The Girls Soccer Team takes on Jefferson Academy on Tuesday, May 19 at 7:30 p.m. at Dick Sporting Goods Park. CHSAA says this game will proceed rain or shine, and will only be delayed if there is lightning.
The Girls Lacrosse Team takes on Cherry Creek on Wednesday, May 20 (time tba) at Peter Barton Lacrosse Stadium at the University of Denver.
