All-State 2014 Fall Teams Named
The Colorado High School Activities Association has posted the All-State teams for the fall 2014 sports season. These team were created following a lengthy process that included nominations from leagues and then a vote of coaches.
In Field Hockey, where CA won a third consecutive state title, the All-Colorado votes include Sterre Van Ede (Sr) as Player of the Year for the second time. CA Coach Veronica Scott has been named Coach of the Year. All-Colorado players include Van Ede, as well as CA’s Julia Murphy (Sr), Emma Richards (Jr), with an Honorable Mention for Henley Hall (Sr).
In 3A Boys Soccer, CA’s Ben Maffei (Sr), and Tyler Kelly (Sr) were both named All-Colorado, with an Honorable Mention for Alex Clinkscales (Sr). Congratulations players!
