It is so gratifying to see the community effort and incredible parent support of the school's flood relief campaign. With help from the community and our partnership with a team of organizations, faculty and students delivered 3,500 pounds of food as well as blankets and linens for at least 100 families. The donations should serve some of the victims hardest hit by floods in September. Donations were collected at CA's Homecoming events last weekend. Thanks to the members of the Student Philanthropy Board and their parents, and our partners, Johnson-United Moving and Storage, Publication Design, Ultimax, and the OurCenter group in Longmont.  OurCenter manager, Rick Reiten, told our students, "You have no idea how helpful this is; this is going to help so many people!"
