Sometimes. the most healing step one can take after a tragedy is to find ways to turn despair into hope. In response to the Connecticut school shootings on December 14, many people are asking, “What can I do?” There is a movement that has taken off to honor the 26 people killed at Sandy Hook Elementary. It involves performing 26 acts of kindness as a way to honor each of the victims.
