The students of Colorado Academy’s Class of 2013 gave their freshman counterparts in the Class of 2016 a rousing welcome with a zoo and animal theme on CA’s opening day on Tuesday. Seniors met each freshman with a warm hello and with with animal souvenirs of the day. The newly paved turnaround between the Newton Gymnasium and the Smith Center, as well as the construction of the Upper School in the background provided a scenic backdrop for the giant welcome.
