The beginning of this new school year is like standing between two worlds: for students and their families, this moment provides an opportunity to take stock of the growth and learning over the summer and the year just completed, and a chance to look ahead with excitement at the one that is about to begin.

That same dynamic is true of CA as well. As we embark on a new school year, this is an opportune moment to review the past year and the one ahead through the lens of CA’s Strategic Plan. On the CA website, you’ll find a dedicated “channel” with our original document, along with an update detailing approximately 50 initiatives that were launched or completed in year one alone. I am especially grateful to our Board of Trustees as well as our faculty, who created a plan that guides us as we work to achieve our goals. I invite you to review the plan, the work accomplished to date, and where it will take us in the future. I hope you agree that this is a very exciting time to be part of Colorado Academy.
