Dear Lower School Families,

 

We are so excited to participate in our Lower School Day of Service today. Each grade level has chosen a service project to participate in together. The grade-level projects range from on-campus activities to support Operations and Campus Dining to several organizations within the Denver community.

 

We also explored our Trimester 3 book, Change Sings, by Amanda Gorman. Each student has a homework assignment to complete this weekend. It is due on Tuesday, April 26. The trimester book assignments are archived for students through the year. When students reach Fifth Grade, they will complete a reflection of all trimester book assignments.

 

Students will also create “I Stand For…” signs today to share with others. We will all share our signs during a Peace Parade at the end of the day. Student Council members will lead us in a celebration for our Day of Service and Earth Day 2022.
