While the Upper School students are eagerly awaiting the start of Homecoming weekend, the faculty are also beginning to turn their attention to our annual Back-to-School Night, which will be held on Thursday, September 23.

Like last year, CA will be hosting this event via Zoom. Our teachers are eager to give you a live overview of their class, and our big-picture goal is to provide an authentic sense of what makes the Upper School so special.

We will begin with introductions and presentations from Dr. Mike Davis and me, starting at 6 p.m. The Zoom link for that part of the program can be found here.

After that, you will join the Zoom rooms of your child’s teachers, moving virtually from class to class in the order noted below.

Your student will send you their class schedule no later than Tuesday, September 21. Your student’s advisor will be copied on that email, in case you have any follow-up questions.

Using that schedule, you will match the teacher’s name with their Zoom link and join them in their Zoom room at the appropriate time. Prior to Back-to-School Night, I will send you a link to each teacher’s Zoom meeting room. Please note, you do not need to attend a “study hall” or “study space,” if your student has either of those listed on their schedule.
