This week many Lower School students have taken a “museum tour” through our hallways to look at student-decorated classroom doors. Each door was created by an advisory group and details the life story and accomplishments of a Black American. Doors depict artists, musicians, inventors, business people, engineers, and astronauts, as well as important historical figures, and are part of CA’s recognition of Black History Month. Later this week there will be a table talk on HAIR and chance to learn an Aftrican dance or two. Stay tuned.
