UnlimitED is a community-based education organization for people who believe that the role of schools must be redefined.
 
UnlimitED provides professional learning opportunities for educators who want to rethink what they do in the classroom.
 
UnlimitED translates teacher-focused professional development into learning for professionals who want to have greater impact in their work.
 
UnlimitED seeks to redefine how people operate in the workplace and in life. Because we believe in education, it is first and foremost a learning opportunity for teachers. Beyond that, it is an opportunity for adults in any phase of life to learn tools developed in different industries to build innovation and agency into their work.
 
UnlimitED grew out of continuous improvement cycles managed in the REDI Lab @ Colorado Academy. It is based on a strategic framework that adheres to the following principles:

  • Inform Practice: create space for active learning
  • Convene Conversation: value the transformative power of dialogue
  • Process to Learn: debrief for self-actualization
