Head Coach Annie Bennett shares her philosophy: The venue changes, but the athlete does not. I coach to challenge students to be the best they can be, by reaching beyond their comfort zone, to see the rewards of dedication and hard work, and most importantly how a community/team can make everyone better. Running is a lifelong sport, and my goal is to teach individuals how to incorporate the love of running into their lives, as a tool to enhance their quality of life.
