Alumni Engagement
CA is fortunate to have alumni engaged in its DEI efforts.
The 2020-2021 Alumni Board advanced its efforts following the events of the Summer of 2020. Alumni pushed CA to take action after the deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and others.
The Alumni Board has led the following activities:
- Launched Board DEI Committee
- Held meeting with alumni of color to increase engagement and build relationships
- Held meet-up with alumni of color and current students of color
The Alumni Board continues to plan additional activities.
