7:00-8:00 a.m.  - Normal morning bus run        

 

8:10 a.m.  - Normal start time for Lower and Middle Schools ONLY; Upper School- 12:30 p.m. arrival time. For Upper School students who ride the bus, there will be movies showing in Knowles Lecture Hall throughout the morning

 

8:30 a.m.  Seventh Grade departs on bus for class party*

 

9:15 a.m.  Sixth Grade departs on CA bus for class party*

 

9:15: a.m. Eighth Grade departs on CA bus for bowling excursion*

 

(*Any late arrivals will not be able to travel by bus to these events)

 

8:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. Lower School rotates through Indoor Field Games in the gymnasium for one-hour time slots per grade

 

11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.  Lower School rotates through special lunch schedule (below) and returns to classrooms

 

11:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. Face painters and balloon artists available in the Sadler Room of the CA Campus Center

 

12:15 p.m.  Grades 6-8 arrive back at campus and go to lunch                                          

 

12:45 p.m. Upper School Lunch- all Upper Schoolers invited to arrive at CA at 12:30 p.m.

 

1:00-1:30 p.m.  Middle School Play, Theater

 

1:30 p.m. Kindergarten Race Against Dr. Mike Davis- small gym

 

1:30 p.m. Jazz Band Combo begins playing- large gym       

 

1:45 - 2:15 p.m. All-School Assembly 

                                              

2:30 -3:00 p.m.  Grades Six through Eleven Relay Races, Wright Field

 

3:00 - 3:15 p.m. Giant Relay Race Start & Stop on Wright Field

 

3:30 p.m. Normal afternoon bus run

 

3:30 - 7:00 p.m.  Reception for the CA Community and Alumni, Dining Hall

 

5:45 p.m. Normal late bus run
