Casa Giacomo, a four-bedroom home on a small vineyard, is located just 10 minutes from the Adriatic coast and 10 minutes walking to the small beautiful town of Montefiore dell’Aso. Just 10 minutes from Casa Giacomo is a train station that provides access to all parts of Italy, and skiing is just one hour away.

 

Casa Giacomo can sleep up to eight people and features a beautiful open-plan Italian kitchen, a spacious dining room, a comfy snug area with open fire, and a formal lounge with a traditional handmade stone and brick fireplace. Just outside the kitchen is a large sun terrace and a shaded courtyard with a beautiful old olive tree, which provides plenty of space for outdoor entertaining. Beyond this terrace, the view is one of Adriatic Sea and patchwork countryside.

 

This newly built home sits on its own private grounds within the Estate Giacomo Leopardi and has been built to an exceptionally high standard.

The Harringtons will also throw in a case of wine produced from the grapes at Estate Giacomo Leopardi.
