Admission: The CA Experience Starts Here

Thank you for your interest in Colorado Academy. The Admission Team looks forward to getting to know you and your family.

Interested in applying for the 2025-2026 school year or beyond? Submit this Inquiry Form to receive communications about upcoming Previews and other Admission events.

The deadline to apply for the 2024-2025 school year was January 15. CA continues to welcome applications to the wait pool, and you may begin that process by submitting Step 1: Student Form.

Once you submit Step 1, you will have access to the other application items on your Checklist, such as requests for transcripts and teacher recommendations. For applicants after the January 15 deadline: we wait to schedule the student visit until we anticipate an opening in the grade level.

Key Dates

September 1, 2024: The application portal opens for families interested in applying for the 2025-2026 school year.

Save the Date: Admission Preview: September 24 or October 23, 2024. Please submit this Inquiry Form to receive the registration link when it goes live.

September 1 - December 15: Submit Step 1: Student Form. To preview the additional application steps for each division, follow these links: Lower School, Middle School, and Upper School.

November 1 - January 15: Request/submit transcripts, recommendations, parent form, student video, testing for grades 2-11, and student visit.

By February 15: Submit the Financial Aid Application if applying for tuition assistance.

Late February 2025: Admission decisions released
