Dining / Food Service

Colorado Academy’s Dining Hall offers something for everyone with multiple food stations and new and fresh options daily – from our International Station to our Daily Grill, or from our extensive Salad Bar to Home Cooking.  CA’s chefs offer two homemade soups each day and themed lunches that highlight the units of study or the cultures of visiting students or faculty. Hungry before afternoon practice?  CA to Go has healthy snacks to keep you going: Hummus and yogurt cups, fresh fruit, sliced meat and cheese, and other options.

On the way in to our Campus Center and Dining Hall, you’ll notice our outdoor garden and the selection of fresh and locally grown foods; on the way out, you’ll find plenty of recycling and composting bins. We’re proud to report that more than 1,000 meals are served here daily – generating less than one small can of waste. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten- and allergen-free diets can be accommodated.

Our food and nutrition partner, Sodexo, offers additional information food sourcing and Mindful, a program that identifies healthy options daily.
