Lower School Parents, join Kate Daigle, Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Eating Disorders Specialist, for a discussion around supporting your kids to navigate a society that is steeped in diet talk, disordered eating, and intense body scrutiny, on Thursday, November 30, 2023, 11 a.m.-12 p.m., in Sadler. Kate will give tips on positive ways to help your child fuel their body and ideas on how to talk with your child about having a healthy relationship with food, exercise, and their bodies.
