Lower School Athletics
The Lower School Athletics program empowers students to discover their potential, promote kindness, build confidence, and forge lifelong friendships.
The program is held after school, on campus, and introduces a range of developmental athletic programs to our Lower School students.
Beginning in Kindergarten, our Lower School Athletic Program is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment where every child can develop essential skills, embrace teamwork, and embody sportsmanship, regardless of skill level or experience.
Through engaging activities and guided instruction, we aim to cultivate a love for physical activity while instilling values of respect, fair play, and collaboration. Our mission is to empower students to discover their potential, promote kindness, build confidence, and forge lifelong friendships, both on and off the field. Together, we strive to nurture not only athletes, but also well-rounded individuals.

The Formative Five
The CA Lower School Athletics Program is focused on " The Formative Five " skills—empathy, self-control, integrity, embracing diversity, and grit. We have developed a roadmap to reinforce these initiatives and to support character development and the social-emotional well-being of children.
