CA-Kent Showdown Series

The CA vs. Kent rivalry heats up once again with the annual Showdown Series! 

This much-anticipated tradition brings the Colorado Academy Mustangs and Kent Denver Sun Devils head-to-head across multiple sports in one action-packed day, uniting students, parents, alumni, families, and faculty in a celebration of school spirit and fierce competition. Let the showdown continue!

Hosted at CA, the Spring Showdown Series will feature multiple games on Thursday, April 16, 2026. Note the date change, due to weather. CA will also host several games on Friday. See the schedule below.

Come prepared for the White Out  in your CA white and stop by the cheer station outside the Athletic Center with free Kona Ice for students, the Steuben's Food Truck, used uniform sale, and Pom Poms.

Stop by the Used Uniform Sale to pick up CA-branded merch in a variety of styles and sizes! All items will be on display either in the parking lot nearest the tennis courts or in the Athletic Center main corridor, depending on the weather. Uniform prices start at $5, with no items more than $20. We accept cash or credit cards.
