Girls Lax, Soccer Take Repeat Trips to Championships
Both Colorado Academy Girls Lacrosse and Soccer Teams are headed back to the Championships to play for the state title after both teams won Saturday's games.
CA's Girls Lacrosse Team will once again take on 5A powerhouse Cherry Creek for the title after a win over Kent Denver. CA heads back to the title game with a chance to defend its championship on May 25 at 7:30 p.m. at DU's Barton Stadium. CA will be the “Away" team on Tuesday and our designated fan section is 126. It will be located on SouthWestern side of the stadium. Please use the Main Entrance of the stadium on the West side to access the stadium. CHSAA will be charging $10 general admission and $8 for K-12 students and Seniors.
The Girls Soccer Team won over The Academy in a penalty kick shootout after a score of 0-0. The CA girls go back to the State Championship paired against Kent Denver. The final game will be play at Dicks Sporting Goods Park on May 24 at 7:30 p.m. CA will be the “Home” team on Wednesday and our designated fan section will be on the east end of the stadium. Parking is free for spectators and will be located in lot 103 and any overflow in lot C. CHSAA will be charging $10 general admission and $7 for K-12 students and Seniors.
