I am so looking forward to next weekend’s fourth biennial spring benefit concert at Colorado Academy. We are so fortunate to have Big Head Todd & the Monsters and Nathaniel Rateliff & the Nightsweats join us for this unparalleled Colorado Academy community event.  The community’s support for this event, which in turn benefits our student financial aid program, is key to fostering and maintaining the kind of school we want to be.

 

Because of the participation and  work on the part of so many parents, faculty, and staff, we continue to be able to offer more financial aid to our students each year than any other school in the state except for higher education institutions.

 

Moreover, our commitment increases every year – and this coming year, it will be over $3 million. To our CA community and family, please know that your support is what makes it possible for deserving students who otherwise would not have access to a CA education to be a part of and make a difference in this school community.

 

Thanks to our faculty, staff, students, and our broader CA community for working to create a school that places a premium on making financial aid available to as many students as possible. In the words of one parent who recently made a gift to CA, “Thank you for the amazing work on [the school's fundraising] and for the tremendous influence it has had on my child. Never doubt your impact on any child or any family. Your effects are life-changing!"
