Parent Teacher Conference Scheduling
The process of registering for parent/teacher conferences is designed to make it easy to find optimal time slots even when scheduling with multiple teachers.

How to Schedule a Conference (scroll down for link to conference site)
 A table below shows the conference days and times for the Fall Parent Conferences.
Upper School parents please note these conferences are with your student's advisor ONLY.
The conference system will be open for registration on:
            Thursday, February 14th at 6:00 am.

After this time you can log in, set up an account (if needed) and schedule your conferences.
The system will close on:
           Monday March 3rd at 9:00 pm.
It will not be possible to change your schedule online after this time.

****Important Reminder: If you elected to keep your account from the Fall conferences and your email address is correct, you will receive an email before Feb 14th with a user name and password reminder. If you did not keep your account, you must create a new account after the system opens on February 14th.

Important Notes:
  • Aimee Butterfield - Photography
  • Middle School parents your conference will only be 15 minutes although it will show 30 minutes on your schedule.
  • Upper School advisee parents your conferences are 30 minutes.
  • Never reserve more than one conference slot with a teacher unless it is for different children.
  • Never make more than ONE account. If you can not get your account to work, email support@coloradoacademy.org
