If you have never been to campus before, please call us at 303-914-2513 to reserve a space for a group tour on Friday, February 8, at 9:30 am. We would like to introduce you to our school community.

Our initial application deadline was December 15, 2007. For those families that applied by the deadline, you have until February 1, 2008 to submit any supplemental materials, including transcripts, the applicant visit, testing, and teacher recommendations. All applications completed by the deadline will be considered in the first round of admission decisions, and you will be notified of our decisions on the following dates:

February 27, 2008: Upper School Decisions mailed (grades 9-12)
March 3, 2008: Middle School Decisions mailed (grades 6-8)
March 10, 2008: Lower School Decisions mailed (Pre-Kindergarten-grade 5)

If you missed the initial application deadline, but are still interested in applying to Colorado Academy, we encourage you to do so. However, your application may not be considered in the first round of admission decisions. To ensure your best opportunity to be considered, please submit all application materials to the Admission Office by February 1, 2008.

February-August 2008
Any application received by the Admission Office after February 1, 2008, will be considered an application to the waitlist. We generally have waitlists for every grade, but the lists are not ranked. During the spring and summer, we continue to accept applications to the waitlist. If a space becomes available, the Admission Committee reconvenes and makes a selection at that time.

Here is information to register for admission testing:

Kindergarten - 5th grades: Colorado Academy Testing consortium (CATC), which costs $150, paid directly to an evaluator in the CATC.
